So my sweet Andrea is here teaching this person new tricks, so hang on to your hats kids and don't be surprised if this momma doll kicks your butts in blogging--haha- actually just don't pass out, that I am attempting this.

Mother's Day 2010

Dad had the great idea of buying Mom a chocolate fountain and sending a platter full of goodies and a running fountain to the hospital for all the ladies that had to work on Mother's Day, plus he thought with all of the parties and get togethers mom has, she would use it often. (Great for family game nights, when we are all together, bad for the waistline.)

So, Dad called all of us kids up and asked if we would like to go in with him on this fantastic idea, of course we all jumped at it, because it was such a terrific idea, plus we knew Mom's love for strawberries and chocolate. Dad arranged 2 platters full of good stuff to dip in the fountain. He had strawberries, pineapple and bananas on one and pretzels, marshmallows and angle food cake on the other. Mom said he arrange them both beautiful and that they ladies of the floor, were in just awe. They are so impressed with dad and his impressive abilities. Needless to say, they all loved the chocolate and the goodies, it made a fun day for them.

Ok well Its seriously been to long.

I am getting Ready to Prepare my mom to take over the blogging. Because since the Big move to Russia I am having a hard time trying to juggle two jobs, doctor's appointments, to do lists, and packing. So I figure mom has to learn how to do it some time because hey If i am expected update my blog while I am away the cornwells in st. george better do some updates as well. So here is the low down of the family. The holidays as we now it will be officially over in 4 hours and 18 minutes. We have had some great memories these last few months. Brandon and Rachel were sealed in the temple. Brynna Blessed, Steph and Chris were able to come down and visit and it was fun to see them again. We had official Family Pictures after almost five years. its amazing how different and how much bigger the family is. Adding Four more people to the family. That was fun and kinda cold. Christmas was awesome we got Great stuff. Mom's being the funniest because Dad always has to pull a prank on her every christmas. This year it was her sewing Machine. Mom simply asked for hers to be fixed so dad being the great guy he is did so. But of course where is the fun joke in that so we took my sewing machine and wrapped it. Mom opened it just looked sad, looked up at us all and said I just wanted mine fixed. She then turned the box around to find a note that said "HA HA FOOLED YOU! YOU THOUGHT YOU GOT A NEW SEWING MACHINE. PROCEED TO THE OFFICE FOR YOUR NEXT SURPRISE" Where she then found a new computer monitor then to the fixed sewing machine It was a fun christmas one we'll remember always.

Hey Everyone,
Sorry Its been a long time. A few tid bits of news you guys all know. Rachel had her baby. Brynna Jean was 8lbs. 2 ounces. Everyone is doing great. Other news Mom finished painting the entry way. I think we are done painting. Don't count me on it I have know Idea. Well I hope you guys all have a happy Halloween. I love it when halloween goes cause that mean holiday season in the air but I'm going to be the first to say it HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I love this time of year it just has such a great spirit about it. We love you all and hope you are safe!

Fun Filled Weekend

Well we all had a great weekend. Mom and Dad made a get away trip to provo for mom's birthday. They went and visited grandpa cornwell and also rachel and Brandon. They had a surprise visit from stephanie who thought she'd pop by and say hi to Rachel while justin and Chris went to the BYU game. Both mom and steph had no clue that each other were in town so they got to shopping together and just have fun with the girls. I'm quite jealous! I wish i could have gone and seen my sisters. I went the ranch and was taught how to make the best dinner and it is so quick and easy! Its italian and called strombollie! Oh my goodness if any of you want the recipe hit me up cause it is most excellent! love you all!

Well Summer is finally coming to a close and I've finally got pictures and forced myself to get on the ball like the rest of the family and post the comings and goings of the family still at home kicking it. This summer has been a great one but a really really busy one at that. The beginning of the summer we had the opportunity to have grandpa cornwell come and stay with us for about a month and a half or so. It was great fun to have him. We don't get to see him much, and it was great to get to know him better. Mom and Dad have been working, but also had the chance to take a two week vacation with the rest of the cox kids. They got to go on a cruise to russia. They did have a bit of a scare thinking they wouldn't be able to go cause of

passport company not getting them their passports till the day before they left. Geesh talk about a close one. They had a lot of fun, but of course missed us children oh so terribly! ha ha just had to add that. Of course Mekelle and I were excited to get the house to ourselves. woot woot! But we we're grateful for their return cause it was hard with as much as we work to take care of the house. 2 AM waterings in the yard were a daily thing, yet plants still died. Sorry about that mom. They are also busy with updating the house a bit. We ripped out that big bush in the front yard, got a new rood, tiled the bathroom showers, got new counter tops, re-finished the wood floors, and painted the upstairs and the family room downstairs. You know mom when she wants something done it gets done. Mekelle is busy working for Butler's Western Outfitters and Best Western She is crazy working that night audit shift. But a trooper. Don't think thats only thing she is up too. She still goes dancing every thursday night and might I say she is crazy good at swing dancing. She is also just playing and living it up being young. I can't blame her its so much fun! She is taking a few classes now that summer is winding down and college has started.

I am busy working as well. Working at Best Western also (its become the new dairy queen) and also working for Bar Ten ranch finishing up the season working at the warehouse as well as the

ranch itself. Its been a lot of fun working down there and a great opportunity to sing to lots of people one of my favorite things to do. I just got hired as a receptionist/seceratary at Goodwin Mill and Cabinet. I thought desk clerk was boring. haha. I am just working this semester anticipating january to come so I can go live in russia for 5 months! Yahoo! It'll be fun. We other things happening we had our first cornwell family reunion and it turned out to be a success. thats what the pictures are of. It was great to be with the family again. We miss them when they

are gone. We are also anticipating the arrival of brynna rachel's baby and our second niece. It'll be good for rennie to have a little sister. Well now that i've talked your or typed i should say your eyes out. I will leave you. I promise that I will keep you posted on the comings and goings of us all. I've been pretty bad lately, but I'll get on the ball!

Well this last weekend was a fun one! Rachel Brandon and Rennie came down to celebrate Rennie's 5th birthday which will be coming up this May 5th. So She had a princess cowgirl party. Equipped with a princess birthday cake and horseback riding thanks to Grandpa Big Boots. We all had A great time!

Hey Everyone!

I figured out how this thing works. Ha ha My sister stephanie and I were kinda unsure on how to work it. But I being the Genius that I am figured it out. Well I am now Officially welcoming one and all to "The Cornwell Clan's" page. I am maggie probably the only one who will ever get on and update you all. But if you are wanting to hear from anyone just give me a hollar, and I will make them get on. This Page is pretty much just for our family. Trying to keep each other informed of what is going on. The next blog sometime soon. I will describe people in thorough detail so you can get to know each and everyone of us.
